As you step in to Chalet Imperial you are immediately wowed by the opulent open plan living space complete with deluxe velvet sofas, feature bar and warming log burner. Enjoy cooking in the spacious modern kitchen with fantastic views across the mountains. Four-posters, luxurious throws and delicate bedside lamps make the bedrooms a perfect place to sink into bed after a great day on the slopes. But first let your aches drain away in either the outdoor hot tub or the Swedish sauna. Dine at the impressive solid wood dining table which comfortably seats eight adults.

The master bedroom complete with regal four-poster bed is located on the ground floor, with an adjacent bathroom with shower. Upstairs are three further luxuriously decorated bedrooms; two double rooms with solid wooden beds and one room which can be configured as either a twin or super-king. There is a large master bathroom upstairs with double sinks, bathtub and separate shower, leading on to the Swedish sauna, perfect for relaxing after a great day on the mountain. There’s also a third separate toilet.

We had a great time at Chalet Imperial in January 2026. From the moment we contacted Jack & Jill Holidays we received prompt, helpful, and very friendly responses. Everything was super clear and well organised. The chalet itself is lovely and very comfortable to live in (we were a group of six adults); the sauna and hot tub are great extras. We did not want a central Morzine location, so the slightly out-of-town position was perfect for our group, since we had our own cars. Driving to the nearest ski parking spots took a maximum of ten minutes in any direction (for Morzine), while Ardent (Avoriaz) takes about fifteen minutes. The support staff were amazing (shout out to Dwynwen and Joe!) and quick to help us with any small issues we had. It's great that there are recycling bins around 100 yards up the road. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay with Jack & Jill again if we return to the Portes du Soleil area next year. I'd add, too, that we thought the price for the week we stayed was a very fair one, and we have been coming to Morzine for 30 years so have a good knowledge of the options. Many thanks for a memorable ski holiday.

A delightful stay with friends at Chalet Impérial. The accommodation was clean, spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and easily accessible. A nice bonus was the immaculate outdoor jacuzzi. Communication with the hosts was warm, quick, and easy before, during, and after our stay. I highly recommend this accommodation in the heart of Morzine, offering peace and quiet in a typical mountain setting.

We stayed at Chalet Imperial in February this year and had such a fantastic time! The chalet was cosy yet spacious and beautifully decorated etc. We loved the hot tub each day with our kids. 5 min drive to the Morzine parking. It was the perfect base for our skiing holiday, and we’d absolutely recommend Jack & Jill Holidays to anyone thinking of coming to Morzine!

Brilliant chalets and superb hosts!! We stayed in August 2024 and it couldn't have been better - the chalet was immaculate, hot tub was brilliant and Jamie and Mary couldn't have done more to help us enjoy our stay. Great location, comfortable and peaceful/quiet at night, we will definitely be back!

Really nice place, great hosts that checked in to ensure we were happy with everything before the holiday and made sure we were happy during the stay. Very good service. They arranged lift passes and sign posted us to ski rental that dropped off at our door. They recommended local restaurants and private chefs. The chalet was modern and had a sauna and hot tub. Beds were comfy and plenty of space to relax in front of the wood burner.

We stayed at Chalet Imperial with Jack & Jill Holidays last season. It’s a great chalet with a sauna and hot tub for the adults to enjoy while the kids play outside (it’s an enclosed garden). The food was amazing, and the hosts were great with kids (and had good banter for the adults). The chalet was clean and modern and Jack & Jill Holidays made everything so easy (ski fitting to the chalet and lift passes waiting for us, and it was SO good not having to cook after a day on the slopes). We’re planning on going back next year.
